EWING, N.J. – The William Paterson field hockey team (2-6, 1-3 NJAC) suffered a 5-0 loss at The College of New Jersey (8-5, 2-1 NJAC) Oct. 15.
 
HOW IT HAPPENED:

• The Lions got on the scoreboard less than a minute before the end of the first quarter, then added strikes in the 18th and 24th minutes for a 3-0 halftime advantage.
• TCNJ tacked on an unassisted score at the 34:12 mark, and the game's final goal in the 58th minute.

 
INSIDE THE NUMBERS:

• Sophomore Kourtney Hartzel (York, Pa./West York Area) notched six saves for the Pioneers.
