Box Score JERSEY CITY, N.J. – The William Paterson men's soccer team (4-7-1, 1-4 NJAC) fell to New Jersey City University (7-2-1, 2-2-1 NJAC) 3-0 in an NJAC match on Oct. 12.

HOW IT HAPPENED:

• The Gothic Knights struck first with a goal in the 33rd minute to gain the early advantage. Less than three minutes later, NJCU tacked on an insurance score and went ahead, 2-0.
• It remained a two-goal game until the Gothic Knights tallied their third score of the afternoon in the 58th minute.

INSIDE THE NUMBERS:

• Senior goalkeeper Thomas Hatch (Kinnelon, N.J./Kinnelon) made five saves.

UP NEXT:

• The Pioneers will head to Union, N.J., on Saturday, Oct. 15, to take on Kean in an NJAC match scheduled for 7 p.m.
