WAYNE, N.J. – The William Paterson Men's swimming and diving team (1-2) had multiple swimmers earn first-place finishes which helped push them past Purchase (0-1), 55-25 on Nov. 6.

TOP PERFORMERS:

• Senior Thomas Haughey (Folsom, Pa./Ridley) earned his first win of the season in the 1000 free with a time of 12:55.39
• Senior Valentine Perez (Hamilton, N.J./Hamilton) achieved a first-place finish in the 200 free, recording a 2:13.37 mark.
• Sophomore Ricardo Ordinola (Lodi, N.J./Passaic County Tech) touched the wall first for the Pioneers in the 50 free, earning a time of 25.53.
