FRANKLIN, N.J. – The William Paterson golf team (0-1) dropped a 339-364 decision to FDU-Florham (1-2) Oct. 6.
 
INSIDE THE NUMBERS:

• Senior Jack Maloney (Sparta, N.J./Sparta) led WP with a 78 (+6) to place second.
• Sophomore Christopher McCann (Highland Lakes, N.J./Vernon Twp.) carded an 88 (+16, fifth), and classmate Anthony Slekis (Fairfield, N.J./West Essex) had a 90 (+18, sixth).
• Sophomore Antonio Martiniello (Paramus, N.J./Don Bosco Prep) finished with a 108 (+36, ninth), while sophomore Vincent Limone (Little Ferry, N.J./Ridgefield Park) posted a 111 (+39, 10th).
• The Devils' Vinny Dasaro was the medalist with a 76 (+4) at the par-72, 6,673-yard Black Bear Golf Course.
