WAYNE, N.J. - The William Paterson women's swimming and diving team (5-2) lost to Mount Saint Mary (8-1), 124-99, Dec. 5.

Two WP records were set as junior Vera Blazevska (Wayne, N.J./Wayne Valley) swam the 200 IM in a blazing 2:15.37, and senior Hannah Hillebrand (Stony Point, N.Y./North Rockland) won the one-meter dive with a score of 258.97. Blazevska also triumphed in the 100 breast (1:08.72), and Hillebrand captured the three-meter dive (279.37).

Freshman Casey Murphy (Hardyston, N.J./Wallkill Valley Regional) touched first in the 1,000 free (12:09.35), and junior Christine Gustafson (Clifton, N.J./Clifton) triumphed in the 100 fly (1:06.42).

The Pioneers will travel to Purchase Wednesday, Dec. 9, at 7:00 p.m.
