MADISON, N.J. – Eighth-seeded William Paterson (11-9) lost in double overtime to fourth-seeded Stevenson (14-9), 1-0, in the ECAC Field Hockey Mid-Atlantic Tournament semifinals Nov. 14.
 
Freshman forward Sara McVey provided the game's lone goal when she picked the ball up at midfield, outraced the defense and struck the back of the cage 2:51 into the second overtime period.
 
Senior goalie Meg Davies (Havertown, Pa./Haverford) made 13 saves for the Pioneers, and freshman Talia Parish had four stops for the Mustangs.
