MAHWAH, N.J. – The William Paterson women's swimming & diving team (11-4, 0-3 NJAC) suffered a 166-92 loss at Ramapo (4-4, 1-2 NJAC) Jan. 28.

Freshman Vera Blazevska (Wayne, N.J./Wayne Valley) was a double winner for the Pioneers, placing first in the 100 breast (1:12.46) and posting a season-best time of 2:33.50 in the 200 breast.  She also turned in a time of 5:02.71 in the 400 IM. 

Sophomore Brittany English (Branchville, N.J./High Point Regional) recorded winning times of 27.66 in the 50 free and 59.96 in the 100 free.

William Paterson will travel to Montclair State on Saturday, Feb. 1, at 1:00 p.m.
