WAYNE, N.J. – William Paterson (2-1) used a victory in the last event of the night for a 110-105 win against Baruch (0-1) in women's swimming and diving action Oct. 27 at Wightman Pool.

The 200 free relay of Taylor McKay (Fair Lawn, N.J./Fair Lawn), Lesly Mendoza (Passaic, N.J./Paramus Catholic), Stephanie Smith (West Orange, N.J./West Orange) and Kathryn Burke (Sewell, N.J./Washington Twp.) turned in a time of 1:50.55 to give WP the team win.

Mendoza touched first in the 200 free (2:13.02), Burke won the 100 fly (1:07.42), and senior Brett Kuchin (Cherry Hill, N.J./Cherry Hill East) earned a victory in the 100 breast (1:14.56).

William Paterson will host Purchase Monday, Oct. 31, at 6:00 p.m.
