BRONX, N.Y. – Three Pioneers were double winners as the William Paterson women's swimming and diving team (6-1) came away with a 111-91 victory at Lehman (0-3) Nov. 13.
Junior
Brett Kuchin (Cherry Hill, N.J./Cherry Hill East) turned in a quality time of 1:12.35 to win the 100 breast, and added a winning time of 2:29.09 in the 200 IM. Sophomore
Taylor McKay (Fair Lawn, N.J./Fair Lawn) touched first in the 200 (2:11.80) and 500 (5:58.48) frees, and freshman
Giuliana Trapani (Mountain Lakes, N.J./Mountain Lakes) added wins in the 50 (26.90) and 100 (59.57) frees.
Junior
Lesly Mendoza (Passaic, N.J./Paramus Catholic) had an excellent time of 1:05.77 to win the 100 fly, freshman
Lauren Carney (East Brunswick, N.J./East Brunswick) was victorious in the 100 back (1:09.02), and senior
Lauren Horowitz (Hillsborough, N.J./Hillsborough) earned a win in the 1,000 free (12:36.9).
William Paterson will host Marywood Wednesday, Nov. 17, at 6:00 p.m.
