MADISON, N.J. – No. 15 William Paterson (10-2-4) ran its unbeaten streak to 14 matches and sophomore Michelle Marabondo (Kenvil, N.J./Roxbury) scored her 11th goal of the season as the Pioneer women's soccer team earned a 1-0 victory at Drew (8-6-1) Oct. 20.

Marabondo beat the defender on the right side of the box and launched a shot that proved to be the lone goal of the day just 2:12 into the second half.

The reigning New Jersey Athletic Conference (NJAC) and ECAC Metro/Upstate Defensive Player of the Week, freshman Alyssa Falduto (Nutley, N.J./Nutley) made two saves in goal for her seventh shutout of the season. Kim Jaikisson had five stops for Drew.

The Pioneers will play at Rutgers-Newark Saturday, Oct. 23, at 7:00 p.m.
