Chelsea Winkelspecht (Sicklerville, N.J./Washington Twp.) found the back of the cage during the 33rd minute, lifting the No. 16 William Paterson field hockey team (11-3, 2-2 NJAC) to its fifth consecutive win, a 1-0 decision at Richard Stockton (3-10, 0-3 NJAC) Oct. 18.
Despite outshooting the Ospreys 14-1, the Pioneers could only post one goal on the scoreboard, Winkelspecht's fifth of the year. Junior
Christina Ayusa (Runnemede, N.J./Triton) was credited with the assist, giving William Paterson the 1-0 advantage 2:38 before halftime.

Meghan Trivett (Highlands, N.J./Middletown North) made one save in goal for the Pioneers, while Debi O'Kane had eight stops for Richard Stockton.
William Paterson will return to home Tuesday, Oct. 21, to face Ramapo at 7:00 p.m.
