UNION, N.J. (OCTOBER 25, 2006) – The William Paterson men's soccer team (7-9-1, 3-6 NJAC) saw its season come to an end with a 6-0 loss at Kean (8-6-5, 4-3-2 NJAC) Oct. 25.

The Pioneers, who entered the match with an opportunity to earn a bid to the upcoming NJAC Tournament, fell behind in the second minute when Thomas Fink scored off a scramble in the box. The Cougars added two more goals before halftime, securing the victory.

Junior David Casper (Franklin, N.J./Timothy Christian) made seven saves in 74:53 for the Pioneers in goal. Freshman Andrew Margolies (Brick, N.J./Brick Memorial) played the final 15:07.
