EWING, N.J. (OCTOBER 21, 2006) – The William Paterson field hockey team (10-5, 2-3 NJAC) saw its four-game winning streak come to an end, losing 5-0 at No. 2 The College of New Jersey (13-1, 4-0 NJAC) Oct. 21.

Senior Grace Browne (Hackensack, N.J./Hackensack) made 12 saves for the Pioneers in goal. Sophomore Tina Londino (Gloucester City, N.J./Gloucester City) had two defensive saves for WPU, while senior Amie Shannon (Millville, N.J./Millville) had one.
