WAYNE, N.J. – Junior women’s swimmer Quinn Reynolds earned the distinction as William Paterson Pioneer of the Week as announced by the WP Athletics Department Jan. 29.
The Delran, N.J., native began the week by posting a double-winning outing against Division II Queens Jan. 23, touching the wall first in the 50 free (26.63) and 200 back (2:20.97), finishing ahead of a field of five in both events.
Reynolds appeared in four events at WP’s Jan. 27 meet at Montclair State, garnering 10 individual points to add to her 28-point total for the entire week in individual events. All told, the junior has accrued 34 individual wins on the season to lead the women’s swimming and diving program.
WP goes on the road for the final time in the regular season Tuesday, Jan. 30, at 6:00 p.m. when the Pioneers take on host Ramapo (2-6, 1-3 NJAC).
