WAYNE, N.J. – Women’s tennis sophomore Kaworu Ishikawa was named the William Paterson Pioneer of the Week for October 2, 2017.

Ishikawa had a strong week for the Pioneers as she earned her first New Jersey Athletic Conference singles victory of the season. The second year player defeated Naylah Hinton of Kean University 6-4, 6-3 to earn the win at first singles.
