WAYNE, N.J. – Baseball senior first baseman Eriq Colón (Hackensack, N.J./Hackensack) was selected as the March 6 William Paterson Pioneer of the Week.
 
Colón hit .427 (3-7) during two games last week, collecting a double, two home runs, seven RBI and a pair of runs scored. He contributed a two-run double to a 7-6, eight-inning victory Feb. 28 at Drew, and he went 2-for-4 with two home runs and five RBI in a 14-2, eight-inning win March 2 at Baruch.
