WAYNE, N.J. – Senior diver Jeffrey Jaeckel (Kenilworth, N.J./David Brearley) was named the Dec. 9 William Paterson Pioneer of the Week.

Jaeckel was a double winner for the Pioneers during a 121-81 swimming and diving victory Dec. 7 against Mount Saint Mary. He placed first in the one-meter dive (245.60) and set a new school record in the three-meter dive with a winning score of 267.50.
