WAYNE, N.J. – Football sophomore linebacker Carlo Caponetta (Hazlet, N.J./Raritan) was named the Oct. 28 William Paterson Pioneer of the Week.

Caponetta led both teams with a career-best 15 tackles Oct. 26 against Rowan. Nine of his stops were solo against the Profs.
