WAYNE, N.J. – Softball junior shortstop Katelyn Miele (Flanders, N.J./Pope John XXIII) was named the William Paterson Pioneer of the Week for March 18.

Miele hit .455 (5-11) with two runs scored in four games last week, including a 2-for-3 effort with a triple and run scored during a 6-5 win March 16 against St. Scholastica.
