WAYNE, N.J. – Junior football wide receiver Mick Paye (Lumberton, N.J./Rancocas Valley Regional) was named the William Paterson Pioneer of the Week for Sept. 24.

Paye caught seven passes for 103 yards and two touchdowns for the Pioneers Sept. 22 against Montclair State.  He squeezed through two defenders to haul in a 31-yard score during the final seconds of the first quarter, and fought off a defensive back for a 24-yard TD late in the fourth quarter.  It was the second 100-yard receiving effort of Paye’s career.
