WAYNE, N.J. – Junior softball outfielder Samantha Mulderig (Sewell, N.J./Washington Twp.) was named the William Paterson Pioneer of the Week for April 16.

Mulderig hit .556 (10-18) with a triple, three RBI, three runs scored, two stolen bases, a .667 slugging percentage and a .579 on-base percentage during a 5-1 week for WP.  She was 2-for-3 with a triple and run scored during a 14-6, six-inning win April 10 against New Jersey City, and finished a combined 5-for-6 with a pair of RBI and two runs scored during a 2-0, 5-4 sweep at Staten Island April 12.
