WAYNE, N.J. – Women’s swimming junior Brett Kuchin (Cherry Hill, N.J./Cherry Hill East) was named the William Paterson Pioneer of the Week for Jan. 24.

Kuchin posted wins in the 100 (1:12.62) and 200 (2:40.23) breasts during a 149-116 victory at Division II Queens Jan. 19 while also helping to lead the 200 medley relay to a victory against the Knights (2:01.1). She later registered an individual win for the Pioneers at No. 21 The College of New Jersey Jan. 23, touching first in the 100 breast in a time of 1:12.94.
