WAYNE, N.J. – Football junior linebacker Damian DiIorio (Totowa, N.J./Passaic Valley) was named the William Paterson Pioneer of the Week for Sept. 27.

 

DiIorio led all players with 10 tackles during a hard-fought 12-7 loss at Rowan Sept. 25, the Pioneers’ (2-1) first defeat of the season. Four of DiIorio’s tackles were solo stops, and for the second straight game he also recovered a fumble.
