PITMAN, N.J. – For the second time this season, William Paterson freshman linebacker
Taheem Jackson (East Orange, N.J./East Orange Campus) was named the New Jersey Athletic Conference (NJAC) Football Defensive Rookie of the Week, the league office announced Sept. 18.
The winner of the same award on Sept. 4, Jackson registered 10 tackles (five solo), including 1.0 for a loss, and a quarterback hit Sept. 16 at Rowan.
Earlier this season, senior wide receiver
Malcolm Robinson (Bayonne, N.J./Bayonne) was selected as the Sept. 4 NJAC Offensive Player of the Week.
WP (1-1, 0-1 NJAC) will host Kean Saturday, Sept. 24, at 1:00 p.m.
