Allison Podmajersky (Red Bank, N.J./Middletown South) was selected to the National Fastpitch Coaches Association (NFCA) All-East Region First Team, sophomore infielder
Rachel Wasilak (Livingston, N.J./Livingston) was named to the All-Region Second Team, and senior outfielder
Kelsey Principe (Parsippany, N.J./Parsippany) was a third-team honoree.
At at-large selection, Podmajersky was 13-6 with a 1.28 earned-run average in 20 starts and 25 appearances inside the circle, posting 125 strikeouts and 20 walks in 141.2 innings pitched. A member of the All-New Jersey Athletic Conference (NJAC) First Team and NCAA Union Regional All-Tournament Team, she tossed a no-hitter during a 5-0 victory against The College of New Jersey in the first round of the NJAC Tournament April 28. In the league statistics, she ranks first in opponent batting average (.169), second in ERA, third in saves (two), fourth in strikeouts, fifth in wins and sixth in innings pitched.
Wasilak, a utility honoree, led the WP everyday players with a .369 batting average, posting team highs of 10 doubles and 36 RBI while adding three triples and 23 runs scored. A member of the All-NJAC First Team, she is tied fifth in RBI, tied for sixth in triples, seventh in hits (55), eighth in total bases (74), ninth in triples/game (0.07), tied for ninth in hits/game (1.25) and 10th in RBI/game (0.82).
An at-large pick, Principe owned a .315 average with a team-best 13 sacrifice bunts and five triples while adding 27 runs scored and a perfect 1.000 fielding percentage (60 putouts, five assists). A member of the All-NJAC First Team, she ranks first in sac bunts, tied for first in triples and third in triples/game (0.11) in the conference stats.
