ResultsSELINSGROVE, PA. – The William Paterson golf team finished fourth of seven teams March 30 at the Susquehanna Invitational.
The Pioneers posted a team total of 341 at the blustery par-68, 6,289-yard Susquehanna Valley Country Club. Junior
James Nuzzo (Edison, N.J./Edison) paced the Pioneers with an 80 (+12) to tie for sixth overall, followed by sophomore
Christian Foti (Galloway, N.J./Absegami) with an 81 (+13, ninth). Classmate
Dylan Schley (Nutley, N.J./Nutley) carded a 21-over 89 to place 23rd, sophomore
Kyle Stefanic (Pompton Lakes, N.J./Pompton Lakes) had a 91 (+23, 24th), and freshman
Matt Luppino (Little Ferry, N.J./Ridgefield Park) finished with a 93 (+25, 26th).
SUNY Cobleskill took the team title with a 317 (+45), and the Fighting Tigers' Ian Wilson and Susquehanna's Dylan Gladd tied for the medalist honors with four-over 72s.
The Pioneers will compete at the Moravian Invitational Thursday, April 9, at Woodstone Country Club at 1:00 p.m.
