PITMAN, N.J. – Second-seeded William Paterson (20-6, 12-4 NJAC) will play at top-seeded Montclair State (26-0, 16-0 NJAC) in the New Jersey Athletic Conference (NJAC) Women's Basketball Tournament championship game Saturday, Feb. 23, at 2:00 p.m.

The first 150 William Paterson students with valid ID will be admitted for free, courtesy of the Student Government Association, Residence Life and the Office of the Dean of Students. General Admission is $5.00. Students, children 12 and under, and senior citizens will be admitted for $2.00.
William Paterson is looking to win its third straight NJAC Tournament title and its fourth championship in school history (1993, 2011, 2012). The Pioneers are making their 13th championship-game appearance in program history and their fourth straight trip to the final.
Montclair State, currently ranked fifth by D3hoops.com and seventh by USA Today/Women's Basketball Coaches Association (WBCA) in this week's national polls, won its only NJAC Tournament title during the 1994-95 season.
Earlier this season, the Red Hawks defeated the Pioneers 62-41 in Wayne (Nov. 28) and 75-62 in Montclair (Jan. 23).
The Pioneers are 20-6 overall and 12-4 in the NJAC following a 55-39 victory against third-seeded The College of New Jersey (18-9) in the semifinal round Feb. 20. WP enters the championship game with a seven-game win streak and has earned victories in 10 of its last 11 outings.
A first-team all-conference selection, junior 5-9 guard
Floriana Borova (Cresskill, N.J./Cresskill) is averaging a league-best 20.1 points (21st in Division III), 5.1 assists (20th nationally) and 4.1 steals (eighth in Division III) per game, adding 5.7 rebounds per contest. Junior 5-11 forward
Dana Jeter (Hamilton, N.J./Steinert), a member of the All-NJAC Second Team, is posting 11.3 tallies, 8.7 rebounds (fourth in conference), 3.3 assists (tied-fourth in conference), 2.5 steals (seventh in conference) and a team-leading 1.7 blocks (second in NJAC) per game. Sophomore 6-1 forward
Ashley Marfo (Bergenfield, N.J./Bergenfield) is adding 7.0 points and 8.0 rebounds (seventh in conference) per contest.
