Prior to William Paterson:  Was a first-team all-county honoree as a junior at Dr. Ronald McNair Academic H.S., helping to lead the Cougars to a city title and county runner-up finish in 2010 … Was a second-team all-county selection as a sophomore … Also lettered in volleyball, winning a city championship while finishing second in the county … Competed for the Piranhas for two years, finishing second in Hudson County in the fly and back … A member of the J.R.O.T.C. and the dance team.
