Following two seasons as the Pioneers’ starting goalkeeper, David Casper joins the William Paterson staff as an assistant coach this fall.
An honorable-mention all-NJAC selection as a junior in 2006, Casper posted career totals of 31 starts in 32 appearances with a 1.64 goals-against average, a .735 save percentage and eight shutouts. Prior to his arrival at William Paterson, he was a member of the 2002 national championship team at Messiah College.
A native of Franklin, Casper is currently completing a bachelor’s degree in exercise and movement science at William Paterson.
