PISCATAWAY, N.J. – The William Paterson women's swimming and diving team concluded its four-day competition at the Metropolitan Championships, earning a total of ­319 points which placed ninth place out of 14 Division III teams and ninth out of 16 total teams competing, Feb. 20.
 
 
TOP PERFORMERS:

• Senior Sara Haller (Cupertino, Calif./Monta Vista) earned a score of 302.37 on her 1 mtr dive which placed her sixth in the competition.
• Senior Megan Hoopes (Westmont, N.J./Haddon Twp.) advanced to the C-final in the 100 free where she placed seventh with a time of 56.67
• Junior Nicole Kahwaty (Lakke Hopatcong, N.J./Morris County Tech) earned a spot in the 200 breast C-final where she finished seventh (2:47.07).
