WAYNE, N.J. – The William Paterson women's swimming and diving team (4-4, 0-2 NJAC) fell to Rowan (3-2, 2-1 NJAC) in NJAC action, 132-78, at Wightman Pool on Nov. 15.

TOP PERFORMERS:

• Graduate student Carly McDaniel (Lincoln Park, N.J./Boonton) posted two victories in the 100 fly (1:03.19) and 50 fly (28.06).
• Junior Samantha Pricken (Wayne, N.J./Wayne Valley) secured first place in the 50 back (29.41).

INSIDE THE NUMBERS:

• Pricken's first place finish in the 50 back (29.41) was also a personal best.
• Junior Melody Espin (Colonia, N.J./Colonia) posted a personal record in the 50 back (38.28).
• McDaniel secured a personal record with her win in the 100 fly (1:03.19).
• Freshman Sarah Gomez (Paterson, N.J./Passaic County Tech) finished with a personal best in the 200 IM (2:27.40).
