Brittany LaBruna (Bloomingdale, N.J./Continental Academy) took home the NJAIAW Tennis Tournament Flight A singles title Oct. 9, and she and junior
Brianna Boyd (Delran, N.J./Delran) were the runners-up in the Flight A doubles competition.
LaBruna defeated Drew's Ashley Camel 6-1, 6-1, and LaBruna and Boyd fell 8-4 in the championship match to Drew's Camel and Ty Ty Witten.
The Pioneers will finish their season Wednesday, Oct. 19, at Staten Island at 3:30 p.m.
