EWING, N.J. – William Paterson's men's swimming & diving team (6-4, 0-2 NJAC) fell to No. 7 The College of New Jersey (6-1, 3-0 NJAC), 171-100, Jan. 19.
Senior
Alex Carpenter (Jackson, N.J./Jackson Memorial) took second in the 200 fly (2:13.00), and
Sebastian Schrils (Washington, N.J./Warren Hills Regional) finished second in the 100 fly (56.22)
Freshman
Eric Tracey (Newton, N.J./Kittatinny Regional) placed second in the 50 free in 24.50 and third in the 100 free (54.40). Classmate
Zachary Krakauskas (Egg Harbor City, N.J./Absegami) took second in the 200 back (2:16.22).
Junior
Jeffrey Jaeckel (Kenilworth, N.J./David Brearley) took first in the one-meter dive with a score of 230.05. Freshman
Gennaro Sirianni (North Bergen, N.J./North Bergen) won the three-meter dive (156.10).
William Paterson will go on the road to face Lehman on Thursday, Jan. 24, at 6:00 p.m.
