NJAC TOURNAMENT BRACKET
WAYNE, N.J. – Fifth-seeded William Paterson (9-7-2, 5-4 NJAC) will play at fourth-seeded Richard Stockton (15-3-2, 6-2-1 NJAC) in the opening round of the New Jersey Athletic Conference (NJAC) Tournament Saturday, Oct. 27, at 3:30 p.m.

The winner will advance to the semifinal round Wednesday, Oct. 31, at top-seeded Montclair State at 7:00 p.m. The semifinal winners will meet in the championship match Saturday, Nov. 3, at the site of the highest remaining seed. General Admission is $5.00. Students, children 12 and under, and senior citizens will be admitted for $2.00. No pets are allowed at any venue at any time during the course of the tournament.
The Pioneers are 9-7-2 overall and 5-4 in the New Jersey Athletic Conference (NJAC) after a 2-1 victory against Kean (10-5-2, 4-3-2 NJAC) Oct. 24. Earlier this season, the Pioneers suffered a 3-2 home loss against the Ospreys (Sept. 22).
Senior forward
Michelle Marabondo (Kenvil, N.J./Roxbury), a two-time first-team all-region and all-NJAC selection, leads the conference with 23 goals (third in Division III) and 53 points (third in Division III), adding seven assists (tied-third in league). Marabondo broke the WP single-season records for both goals and points earlier this season. Senior midfielder
Laela Brock (Paramus, N.J./Paramus) is tied for first in the NJAC with eight assists and is sixth in the league with 26 points, adding nine goals. Classmate
Erika Juricic (East Windsor, N.J./Hightstown) has tallied eight goals and six assists for 22 points.
The 2010 NJAC Goalkeeper of the Year, junior
Alyssa Falduto (Nutley, N.J./Nutley) owns a 1.73 goals-against average and a .712 save percentage, while classmate
Mary Jane Seiler (Robbinsville, N.J./Robbinsville) has compiled a 1.98 GAA and a .683 save percentage.
