Women's Swimming Falls at No. 21 TCNJ

Pioneers Suffer 177-100 Loss

Junior Brett Kuchin posted the lone win for the Pioneers, touching first in the 100 breast in a time of 1:12.94.
EWING, N.J. – The William Paterson women's swimming and diving team (10-2, 0-2 NJAC) suffered a 177-100 loss at No. 21 The College of New Jersey (7-0, 3-0 NJAC) Jan. 23.

Junior Brett Kuchin (Cherry Hill, N.J./Cherry Hill East) posted the lone win for the Pioneers, touching first in the 100 breast in a time of 1:12.94. Classmate Lesly Mendoza (Passaic, N.J./Paramus Catholic) was third in the 100 fly (1:07.44), and junior Stephanie Smith (West Orange, N.J./West Orange) placed third in the 200 fly (2:40.82).

William Paterson will return home to face Post Saturday, Jan. 29, at 1:00 p.m.
