Fourth-Seeded Pioneers to Host NJAC First-Round Match Nov. 1

The Pioneers will be the fourth seed and will host a NJAC Tournament first-round match Nov. 1.

POMONA, N.J. – No. 24 Richard Stockton (15-4-1, 7-2 NJAC) used a 58th-minute goal by Pat Tolomeo to defeat visiting No. 11 William Paterson (12-4-2, 5-3-1 NJAC) 1-0 in the men's soccer regular-season finale for both schools Oct. 29.

The Ospreys will be the second seed in the upcoming New Jersey Athletic Conference (NJAC) Tournament, and will receive a first-round bye. The Pioneers will be the fourth seed, and will host fifth-seeded The College of New Jersey Saturday, Nov. 1, in a first-round match at 6:00 p.m. at Pioneer Soccer Park.

Junior goalkeeper Dan Peragallo (North Brunswick, N.J./North Brunswick) made four saves for William Paterson, while Matt Hart had four stops for Richard Stockton.
