Senior Kirk Smith helped lead a Pioneer relay to a new school record for the second straight day (200 medley, 1:37.84).
PISCATAWAY, N.J. – A new record in the 200 medley relay highlighted the second day of action for the William Paterson men's swimming and diving team Feb. 20 at the Metropolitan Championships, held at the Rutgers Aquatic Center. The Pioneers finished the day sixth of 12 Division III teams.

For the second straight day, senior Stefan Rosales (Rahway, N.J./St. Joseph's-Metuchen), senior Kirk Smith (West Orange, N.J./West Orange), sophomore Jeremy Lim (Clifton, N.J./Clifton) and senior Voyta Karas (Brno, Czech Republic) teamed up for a new school record, posting a time of 1:37.84 to place sixth in the 200 medley relay A Final.
