MAHWAH, N.J. -- The William Paterson women’s swimming and diving team (9-4, 0-3 NJAC) fell to host Ramapo (5-6, 1-3 NJAC), 159-99, on Feb. 2.
Sophomore Brett Kuchin (Cherry Hill, N.J./Cherry Hill East) posted victories in the 100 (1:12.06) and 200 (2:38.68) breasts. Senior Caitlin Rotondo (Brick, N.J./Methacton) touched first in the 50 free (27.02) and was second in the 100 free (59.27), sophomore Stephanie Smith (West Orange, N.J./West Orange) finished second in the 200 fly (2:37.31), classmate Lesly Mendoza (Passaic, N.J./Paramus Catholic) was second in the 100 fly (1:08.06), and freshman Christine Uporsky (Washington, N.J./Warren Hills Regional) finished second in the 50 free (27.95).
William Paterson will compete at Montclair State Saturday, Feb. 6, at 1:00 p.m.
